Sergei was born and raised in Soviet Union and came to United States as political​ refugee in 1990.

He and his wife have resided in Bristol since 1996.

 

Architect by education, Sergei works​ as designer,

modelmaker and manufacturing troubleshooter for

jewelry companies since 1992.

​

Sergei actively participates in Rhode Island life by commenting on the radio talk shows and occasionally writing for local newspapers.
